Q3 and Q4 are dedicated to further improving our security and preparing for the ISO 27001 certificate.
In addition, we are working on a new proposition in the background—exciting!

The Trackler team has been working hard over the past few weeks. In addition to a range of new features in the mobile app and Track communication, improvements have also been implemented in Reporting, Workflows, and Schedulers. Below is an overview of everything that has been delivered.

Create a voice memo in the mobile app
You can now very easily record a voice memo in the app and share it in the Track. This way, your voice messages also reach your Trackee. Incredibly handy! Download the TracklerPro app here:

- Tracks: Uploading and playing videos in the Track chat is now possible, including background processing and live updates for all participants.
- Mobile App: Record and send voice memos in the iOS and Android app
- Notes: Notes can be exported as a PDF, including full formatting. Read here more
- Discover: Search function added to the /discover page
- Schedulers: Admins can create schedulers on behalf of other users
- Workflows: New trigger for when a user is manually added to a Track
⚡️ Improvements
- Notes: Summary limit: the summary of a note now has a clear maximum length, visible while typing.
- Widgets: Swipe indicator hidden when empty: no more confusing swipe hint when there is nothing to swipe
- Roles: All permissions documented: clear explanation per permission
- Workflows: Attachment selection configurable: for the “send tracking message” action, it is now possible to explicitly set which attachment is used.
- Workflows: Duplicate conditions: an existing condition in the workflow builder can now be copied
- Institutions: Breadcrumb navigation: all settings pages now show where you are in the hierarchy
- Forms: The forms list now shows chronologically when a form was shared, instead of randomly.
- Forms/Onboarding: Separation line between page list and preview is now draggable
- “More information” links: now consistently found on all pages
- ONION: Reusable skeleton loader instead of blank screens during loading
🐛 Bugs
- Tracks: Unread messages now open in the correct track, even from another workspace.
- Forms: Duplicate question titles during import resolved
- Tracks: Removed excess whitespace in mobile tracktabs
- Workflows: Time zone in emails for external scheduler bookings now shows the correct time
- Tracks: Sender name in outgoing tracking emails no longer displays the wrong name
- Programs: Hidden milestones are now truly hidden from trackees.
- Scheduler: URL in embedded scheduler card displays a readable link
- Calendar: Searching for events now also works across multiple weeks
- Notes: Fixed cut-off tooltip for “Add block”
- Roles and permissions: Scrolling in the user list by role is working again
- Schedulers: Untranslated validation text resolved
- Meetings: Creating a meeting on mobile works again
- Scheduler: Year selection in month selector fixed
- Forms/Onboarding: An onboarding no longer accidentally turns into a regular form after the back button.
- Settings: Validation error with empty date of birth/phone number resolved
