March has begun, and with it an important new phase for TracklerPro.
More and more coaches are now working in the new environment daily. The first workspaces have been set up, programs are underway, and we're receiving valuable feedback from the field. This helps us enormously to make TracklerPro smarter, more stable, and more user-friendly every week.
Thank you for that, because we really build this together.
As announced, we're starting the phased transition from Trackler 1.0 to TracklerPro this month. We're deliberately taking a slow and personal approach, giving you the freedom to transition at your own pace.

What happens in March?
- March – setting up and preparing
TracklerPro runs alongside Trackler 1.0, so you can switch over without any pressure.
As a Professional, Master, or Ultimate customer, you will receive a separate email to create the workspace.
As an Enterprise customer with Matching Platforms and Reports, you will be contacted separately.
And in April?
- April – Start new tracks in TracklerPro
From April onwards:
- New Tracks start in TracklerPro
- Ongoing processes in Trackler continue until completion
- This way everything remains clear and safe
You will receive a practical explanation about this at the end of March/beginning of April.
The Coaching Process
Phase 7: The Second Appointment
The first insights are there. The process is in motion.
In this phase, you reflect together: what has happened since the start? What worked? What stood out?
The second appointment is the time to delve deeper. Patterns become more visible, beliefs sharpened. This creates space to explore alternatives and test new behaviors.
Together, you'll translate insights into concrete actions. Small, achievable steps that create momentum between sessions.
It is here that coaching becomes practical and powerful.
