Start a coaching process via your website

A new feature within Trackler: send a URL invitation to your coachees, customers or clients. And that creates endless possibilities. Because you can share this via any platform, but also via your website.

1. Communicate on your website with a good call-to-action so that people can schedule an intake. Place a unique link behind this button to create a new track.

   • Click the 'Share' button
   • Copy the link that appears
   • Paste this link behind your call to action

2. Your client, coachee or customer automatically starts a new Track and has created a Trackler account. Now it's a matter of putting Trackler to work to automatically activate the next steps.
3. Create an automation where a coaching contract/general terms and conditions/intake form is automatically sent out. Read how to do that here.
4. You will receive a notification when the contract has been signed, the general terms and conditions have been agreed or the intake form has been completed.
