We'll keep you posted!

The Coaching Process

Phase 8: Evaluation and Completion

The end of a coaching process is more than just a farewell. It is an opportunity to look back together on the results achieved, acknowledge successes, and permanently embed the insights gained. In this article, Trackler covers the six steps of a good closing phase: from reflecting on goals and discussing lessons learned, to gathering feedback and planning potential next steps.

A consciously and warmly concluded process gives the coachee the confidence to continue independently, and strengthens your reputation as a coach.
