How can video work for you as a coach?

As a coach you mainly want to coach. Do what makes you happy. Experience the magic that arises during your coaching sessions. Seeing lights turn on, pennies dropping and emotions being experienced. That's where you want to focus all your attention.

When you are comfortable recording a video, people will respond to your videos very differently than if you record them out of a 'have to'. The viewer feels invited instead of targeted. And because they really see you, you give them the confidence that you give them all the space to be themselves when they are coached by you. That trust is the most important ingredient needed to enter into a coaching process.
