The Coaching Process
Phase 2. Getting acquainted
After the initial contact—in which the coachee shows interest and you, as the coach, make a first impression—the second phase begins: getting to know each other. While the initial contact is often more informative and exploratory, this phase goes much deeper.
And read here all about the second phase.
Case study: Richt chooses overview and impact with Trackler
How do you keep track of dozens of coaching processes and dozens of coaches, without getting bogged down in spreadsheets and separate tools?
For Peter Vooren from Direction The solution was clear: a single system that provides clarity, structure, and allows for personal contact. Since switching to Trackler, Richt has been working more efficiently, with greater insight into progress and better support for coachees.
🗣️ Trackler helps us streamline the entire process – from matching to reporting. It gives us peace of mind and impact.
