Trackler update 2024|07
Dear Coaches,
Almost four years ago, we started with a simple idea for an app. Today, Trackler has grown into a powerful platform that supports coaches and (coaching) companies in organizing personal guidance. This journey has been made possible by your trust and valuable feedback, and for that we want to thank you very much.
We are not standing still. We are currently working hard on a brand new platform that will offer an exceptional user experience, both for you as a coach and for your Trackees. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to get the most out of your coaching journeys.
Automation plays an increasingly important role in this. Every month we introduce and improve functions that make your work easier and more efficient. Some examples of this are:
- Privacy purposes:
- Trigger: Track archived
- Action: Set up a schedule (24 months)
- Action: Remove Track
- Remind trackees to accept invitation:
- After sending a Track invitation
- Action: Set a schedule (7 days)
- Action: Re-invite
Webinar
The webinars have been greatly appreciated. Last month we covered automations. In August we will zoom in on trajectories and we will also take time for a Q&A. The next webinar will take place on Tuesday August 27 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Are you participating??

Trackler Platform
New
- Wheel of Life Template: make once a template and use it over and over again in the Tracks!
- Forms and Onboarding: new text field with Autocomplete dropdown. Dropdown fields will only be visible after you have filled in the first 3 characters.
- Dashboard: invite users to view dashboard
- Routes: copy to other workspaces, read here how you do that
Changes to existing features
- Automation: new trigger: After sending a Track invitation
- For example, to set a delay of 1 week and then send a reminder
- Automation: new action: Invite again

- Trajectories: Automatically check off a milestone when an onboarding is completed

Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: Outlook sent emails about past appointments after linking
- Fix: External Scheduler appointment made can now be deleted again via the confirmation email
- Fix: Coach filter in matching platform was not working properly
- Fix: Scheduler data jumped to 2025 instead of 2024
- Fix: Scheduler loading takes very long
- Fix: Metadata with ranking is now displayed properly
- Fix: Metadata with media upload is now displayed properly
- Fix: Automatically update coaches' matching platform with AI
- Fix: Onboarding double scrollbar removed from dropdown
