Summer is coming to an end, which means the coaching and training season is back in full swing. This is a special and exciting time for us. Over the past few weeks, we've been intensively testing behind the scenes with Trackler 2.0 – the completely renewed version of our platform – and this month is the time to give the first customers access to the beta version.
We'll also be gradually onboarding new customers into the system starting this fall. This way, we'll gather valuable feedback and further refine Trackler 2.0.

Resend track invitation
One of the most time-consuming tasks for coaches is maintaining the paperwork and reminding coachees of their appointments. You might recognize this: you've created a Track, but your coachee missed the invitation or simply hasn't accepted yet. Instead of sending a reminder manually, you can automate this. Track statuses
A feature of Trackler 2.0: Track statuses. You can track leads and categorize them even more effectively! Besides the existing groups that aren't editable, you can also create your own statuses within those groups.
A concrete example: Mark a Track as "Lead – Contacted." This provides a clear overview of follow-up and ensures your business is scalable. Get ready to grow!
