Trackler update July 2023
Some have just left on holiday, others are already back. A period in which fewer new coaching programs are organized, we see activity in the APP decrease and we switch back to take time for family and friends. In short: a time to reflect and reflect. Over the past month we have done a lot of work in the background for coaches who work with multiple clients and want them too report to their customers. We have also received many questions from coaches who are permanent trajectories want to offer. Features coming soon.

Changes to existing features
- Make appointments: we have option for automatic memories turned off. You can set this up automatically and according to your wishes via Automations. Let us know via the chat below right or via e-mail if you want to get help with this!
- Overview: The Overview page no longer says “Hey [Name]”, now it says “Hello [Name]”. We received feedback that this is experienced more neutrally, also for business customers.
- E-learning: if you now share a course in the Track, you will no longer see your own (Track Leader) progress
- Integrations: Google Calendarr and Microsoft Outlook customizationn to make the integration even smoother
- Various translations, design updates and textual adjustments
Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: media library folder create with number in the name did not work
- Fix: voice messages were not stored in the Track
- Fix: Outlook integration moved the times in the Calendar

Changes to existing features
- Overview: the Overview page no longer says “Hey [Name]”, now it says “Hello [Name]”. We received feedback that this is more neutral, also for business customers
- Appointments: we have the automatic ones memories turned off. You can now set this up automatically via Automations.
- Agreements: if you have a appointment wild to process you lose the current selections with the date and time, which made changing more difficult. This is now shown.
- Notifications: A archived Track now also let one notification- see dot when there is a new message
- Elearning: breadcrumbs (an extra navigation) added.
- Documents: are now visible in the side bar
- Various translations, design updates and textual adjustments
Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: no notifications for new messages
- Fix: notification dots did not immediately disappear from the home screen, even though I clicked on all Tracks and notifications in the app.
- Fix: Trackler didn't open in Android
- Fix: error message when making an appointment
- Fix: Filling out form failed. Trackee presses start and ends up at the bottom of the Track.
- Fix: there could be appointments without an end time.
- Fix: Scheduler could not be scheduled.
- Fix: e-learning: APP shows that all lessons have been completed while this is not the case
- Fix: e-learning: checkbox does not work for assignments
- Fix: e-learning: Rotating videos horizontally when the screen lock is turned off does not work. Continued to show portrait.
Add new users
