Trackler update January 2024
The month of January is over. Tom spent part of this on his organized coaching trip, and reached the summit of the highest point in Africa in his native Tanzania: Mount Kilimanjaro. An image I don't want to withhold from you:
In the meantime, we have of course not stopped here! Below you will find everything that has been launched these months.
Trackler Platform
New
- ❗️Feedback on submitted Forms: provide feedback on an answer from a Form or a course quiz. A handy feature that allows you to provide feedback on a question per answer! Read there here more about.
Changes to existing features
- Schedulers: becomes mention that the booked times CET time is, to clarify time zones.
- Routes: You can now Add form templates. Form completed? Milestone of your trajectory is checked off.
- Automation: Milestone is checked off
- Invoices: invoice numbering is improved
- Trajectories: description block be able to stretch
- Trajectories: responsive made
- Emails: rough link add to the email
- Courses: you can feedback add On one submitted answer
- Several textual adjustments
- Roles and Rights: Fellow Workspace users may or may not media upload and/or edit
- Roles and Rights: Fellow Workspae users may or may not Form Templates to process
- Navigation: Unread messages are viewed more easily due to update in navigation
- Tags are no longer visible to coachees
Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: When deleting photos in LMS, some remained visible
- Fix: Schedulers: for full or multi-day events, the Scheduler was not blocked
- Fix: Schedulers date range became an empty field after saving
- Fix: Forms: Unchanged ranking answers were not visible after submission
- Fix: the back button didn't work on some pages
- Fix: When opening a Track you were launched to somewhere at the top of the Track
- Fix: Help button on iPhone 15 (mobile version) overlapped the send button in the chat
Trackler Mobile App
New
- ❗️Feedback on submitted Forms: your coachee can now also read the feedback or review on a Form or quiz answer in the app. Read there here more about.
- Bee 1 Track you become a coachee straight to the Track guided when opening the app
Changes to existing features
- A note made in the app, you can now edited be in the app
- Several textual adjustments
- Several UI improvements
- Voice notes ship now faster
- Class can revisited be made after completion
- Overview Tracks: is becoming filtered by appointment and then final activity
Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: Past appointments could no longer be cancelled
- Fix: With many courses you could not scroll down in the overview
- Fix: Voice recording sounded tinny on Android
- Fix: Tag field was visible to coachees
- Fix: TL could not view/download invoice
- Fix: Trackee could not view/download document
- Fix: Error message for multiple choice Form question
- Fix: Edit reminder button now gone for Trackees
- Fix: Habit editing or archiving didn't work
