Trackler update August 2022
Well, the holiday period is over and we are getting back to work on 100%.
Even though Roy, our technical lead, has spent three weeks on holiday with his family, we have still continued to develop in recent weeks.
And as Pieter from XPACT Training & Coaching beautifully said: I always read the newsletters and then I think: “What have they come up with again? Oh, okay, so it can be even better.”

Very soon
We are on the eve of the launch of Automations. We are currently considering different workflows to make your work easier and even more impactful.
Do you have ideas about a workflow?
Example 1: if someone fills out a Form, send the next Form.
Example 2: if someone has accepted an invitation, please send me an email.
Every idea is valuable. We are very interested!

Bugs that have been fixed
- Enters in the chat are visible again as they should be.
- A Form title can be adjusted again without moving the cursor (Safari).
- Long question when creating a Form was not complete visible.
- Answer options in Form were not visible in dark mode
- Upload PDFs fully functional again in note.
What's next
- In the meantime we are making preparations for the Billing function. This will soon allow you to send invoices via Trackler.
- The agenda feature gets an upgrade!
Trackler Mobile App
New features
Forms are built into the mobile app. We write the final code so that you can also see the results and then we can go live!
Changes to existing features
- If you are someone tags in the WebAPP this is now visible in the APP.
- Font in typing a message increases.
- Several design and layout updates
- Sync of WebAPP and APP: appointments and to-do's.
- Larger Trackler logo on your phone screen
Bugs that have been fixed
- Inviting users did not work properly
- Delivery date of a todo could not be saved
- Create note
Server challenges
In addition, we had some server challenges on September 5th. This made the APP slower than you are normally used to from us. Everything was resolved again at 4 p.m., but because there were all kinds of tasks waiting in the background, it took until the evening before everything was back to normal.
At no time was data security compromised.
