About this questionnaire

The SCARF model describes five social drivers that influence motivation and collaboration: Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness. This questionnaire helps coachees (or teams) gain insight into what triggers their stress or motivation, and how they can collaborate more effectively.
