Dear Coaches,
The last quarter of 2024 has already started. Often a busy period in which many trainings and coaching sessions take place. For us an exciting phase that is coming. You may have heard in the corridors that we are working on Trackler 2.0. Over the past 4 years we have received lists of feedback and processed a large part of it in the foundation of the new Trackler.
It's an important moment, because this is our chance to make the code of Trackler completely future-proof. This way we can support you even better and significantly improve the user-friendliness. More information will follow soon. For now we are and will remain busy. 🔨
Webinar
The webinars appear to be greatly appreciated. Here you will find an overview of recordings of the previous ones. In October you will get a look behind the scenes because we share Trackler 2.0, the future of Trackler. This will take place on Tuesday October 29 from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Are you participating??

Changes to existing features
Automation: new action: Send Wheel of Life in a message as an attachment
Automation: new trigger: Scheduler has been created

Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: Wrong logo visible in a 2FA or IP email
- Fix: an appointment that was cancelled still triggered an automation
- Fix: Trackler invitations ended up in spam at Hotmail
- Fix: Milestone was not automatically checked off when an onboarding was submitted
- Fix: Invoices via Mollie connection can now be opened by the Trackee
- Fix: An external Scheduler appointment is now also removed from Google, if there is a link with Outlook and Google
- Fix: In Safari and Firefox an Onboarding could not be submitted
- Fix: E-learning showed small YouTube videos when placed in text
- Fix: Autofill dropdown in onboarding was not mandatory even if it was created as mandatory
- Fix: Matching platform gender was displayed in separate letters
- Fix: Matching platform filters were shown in both NL and ENG versions
- Fix: Matching platform number of coaches
- Fix: Report title could only be changed in the report itself, not in the dashboard
- Fix: Export reports in .csv again
- Fix: Reports filter by date got a blank screen
