Trackler update March 2023
Spring has now started, a time of growth and blossoming. This also applies to Trackler.
We put the new price packages/subscriptions live this month and that is good news for you.
For all current users remain the prices the same, that's all you get more value for money through all the new updates.

New features
- Miracle letter 🎉 Write a letter to yourself and receive it back a year later.
- The new subscriptions/packages are live.
- LMS is BETA live! We have already tested extensively and are proud to launch e-learning. This means that you can already use it and that we will remove the last teething problems during use. So feedback is more than welcome.
- Do you want to get started with LMS, please take a moment first Contact contact us, as there is a small surcharge due to monthly purchasing costs.
Changes to existing features
- Appointment: When making an appointment, the appointment reminder is turned off by default
- Share link: Expand Open Track link with tags
- Wheel of Life: various optimizations
- Notes: If a Trackee creates a note and says that the note has Track Leader rights, only the Track Leaders and the Trackee can see the note in question.
- Schedulers: Trackee can now cancel a Scheduler appointment from the Track
- Schedulers: If there are no active Schedulers, do not show Schedulers
- Recurring Forms: Ability to add sending time for recurring Forms
- Recurring Forms: Only show entries that have actually been submitted.
- Various translations, design updates and textual adjustments.
- Automations: send a reminder up to 7 days before an appointment
Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: Recurring Forms no longer required
- Fix: Form fields not visible with Recurring Forms
- Fix: If I have completed a recurring Form, I can continue to do so. This should change to 'view results'
- Fix: Recurring Form: the last submission not visible in overview
- Fix: Expanding Open Track link with tags works again
- Fix: Showing last note in attachment popup
- Fix: Form field 'ranking' does not show the options
- Fix: In the Track filter the last Forms are at the top again instead of at the bottom
- Fix: Mandatory questions in Forms that shouldn't be mandatory
- Fix: Scheduled appointment via Scheduler link appears in the TL calendar, not in the Trackee calendar
- Fix: Can't create invoice
- Fix: Several duplicate notifications
- Fix: Messages keep loading
- Fix: Wheel of Life notification not coming through properly and notification text adjustment
- Fix: Open image
Shortly
- Due to the focus on LMS/e-learning, the new coaching tool: Goals and key actions has been postponed. This will definitely be coming soon.
- Reporting and dashboarding
- We will soon switch to a faster and scalable server. This means that the speed of the Trackler platform, the Trackler APP and the white-label APPs will be a lot faster.
Trackler Mobile App
The Trackler APP is being used more and more. We improve the APP daily, making the APP a little better with every update. As mentioned, we will focus in the coming period on making the APP even more stable and faster.
New features
- The APP is bilingual: Dutch and English. Based on your phone preferences, it shows the desired language, with English as a fallback.
- You can now press and hold on a message, edit messages.
- The notification that you get is opened immediately to the message you are being notified about.
- Wheel of Life is now visible in the APP
Changes to existing features
- If a message is posted in a Track, make that Track visible at the top in the overview + your Tracks.
Bugs that have been fixed
- Fix: Audio link in Forms not working.
- Fix: Duplicate messages in Track.
- Fix: Various optimizations for authentication.
- Fix: Various performance optimizations.
- Fix: Touch ID not working.
- Fix: WhatsApp button no longer worked.
- Fix: Branding is not implemented in some places.
